Shout out to the kind hearted people that work here! I have a daughter attending Utah Tech. Her car broke down 15miles out of town on her way home for the summer. I called just to ask some questions. Although it didn't seem they would be able to help my phone rang 10 minutes later. Shane! What a nice guy. Shane called me back after over hearing the conversation. I am 5 hours away from her and unable to help. He said get the car over here and we will get her taken care of. After trying on her own, she was still unable to fix the problem and got the car there. He had already called the location to let them know to expect her. The manager Eliza knew it was her when she came in. My daughter said it was reassuring and she felt less stressed about the situation. I dont know if the car can be fixed but for now its in a safe place and she felt so relieved knowing its being looked at. So THANK YOU! Shane and Eliza both have made this mama's feel less heavy and that she will be able to come home soon. Because we miss her! Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!!

I would like to reply again from the overcharge of $640 dollars in labor. If this company is honest, they should send me back $400. Fortunately, there are honorable auto shops who don't overcharge retired people. I took my car to Eagle Tire on St. George Blvd, they went above and beyond to fix the problem I had with my power steering pump. The whole job cost me around $500 for a new pump warrantied for a year with parts and labor. Speedy lube charged me $640 dollars in labor and didn't have the professional experience to just put in a new pump. They didn't even consider putting in a new pump. The labor that they charged me never fixed the problem. It still leaked. After walking away with paying the labor cost which literally should have been $300 and that is high, but charged me $640 for labor, I knew they ripped me off. The professional repairman at Eagle Tire and Auto was shocked that they took advantage of a retired person. The labor only cost me $250 for the whole job at Eagle Tire, and it is perfect no issues. After Speedy charged me $640 in labor, the Eagle auto tec, said how? It is only a 2 hour job? I did it in one hour and a half. I really should contact my lawyer. So un

Great customer service! Highly recommend this shop. They will go above and beyond and they are honest too. Good people! Took care of my truck to get everything done on short notice. Rushed to get parts and fix it before I had to leave State. Great owner. Great service!
